Severe foot pain can be experienced due to sprains or any type of muscular injury. This can arise due to continuous trauma to the retrocalcaneal bursa, which is a jam like sac, located between the Achilles tendon and the heel bone. Bleeding inside the bone occurs when the injury is caused directly to the bone marrow. As the condition worsens, the affected people may develop foot and leg cramps while sleeping or resting. This would help in stretching the tendons and loosening the tightness. If a person is suffering from any of the diseases and disorders that affect the foot, then it is best to go to a podiatrist and get the condition treated. In case of persisting heel pain, one should consult an orthopedist. Inflammation or swelling of these tendons is called ‘tendinitis’. Wearing shoes that are not fitting properly or constant use of high-heeled shoes can lead to injured tendons.
The shooting occurred about 1:56 p.m. in the 7100 block of S. Ingleside, according to Chicago Police. The victim was transported to University of Chicago Hospital in good condition. Police said the victim told detectives he was in an alley when he heard shots and felt pain, but was otherwise being uncooperative with investigators. http://www.heraldsun.com.au/sport/afl/footy-form/dane-swan-will-have-more-surgery-on-broken-foot-nathan-buckley-hopeful-he-will-play-on/news-story/fef678314535c7b8737c4199d25d74ab(Source: Sun-Times Media Wire Chicago Sun-Times 2016.
